Dr. Charles R. O'Berry Jr.

Pastor Charles Robert O'Berry Jr., a native of Savannah, Georgia, has long been a beacon of faith and devotion in his community. Raised in the vibrant city of Savannah, Pastor O'Berry's journey towards spiritual leadership began at an early age. After graduating from Windsor Forest High School, he embarked on a path of higher learning, driven by his passion for serving others and spreading the gospel. 

 

His dedication to his faith led him to pursue a Doctorate Degree from Kingdom Ambassador Global University, where he deepened his understanding of scripture and honed his skills as a communicator and leader. Alongside his academic pursuits, Pastor O'Berry found love and companionship in Carla O'Berry, with whom he shares a blessed union and the joy of raising four children.

 

In his pursuit of spiritual enlightenment and service, Pastor O'Berry served as the shepherd of College Park Baptist Church for five impactful years. During his tenure, he demonstrated unwavering commitment to his congregation, guiding them with wisdom and compassion through life's trials and triumphs.

 

Driven by a profound calling and a desire to further his ministry, Pastor O'Berry made the courageous decision to resign from College Park Baptist Church and establish his own ministry, the House of Freedom Worship Center. Here, he continues to lead with humility and grace, embodying the teachings of Christ in both word and deed.
